Hot Water System FAQ:

i have to make it at school so i can’t make anything else (wooden box etc)
i need to heat 4 litres (a gallon) of cold water in the space of roughly an hour and a half using just solar energy

could i please get an easy step by step guide for this?
how will i make the water circulate through the tube etc? (this was just an idea given by my teacher, the solution doesnt have to incorporate this)

I was just running a hot bath to relax of all things and the dux hot water system (air) is making this awful grinding sound, it just kept making the noise even after i turned the hot water off. It started when i turned on the hot water though.

We turned off the power to the hot water system at the power box and it stoped.

Anyone who might know what this is please help…

I have a 2 family house that was vandalized wherein the copper pipes and steam radiators were taken away leaving the two steam boilers. The house needs at least 11 steam radiators to bring it back to work and these radiators are costly. I have been advised to buy used radiators and put the system back to work. As it may be difficult to find used radiators, I am thinking of putting new hot water boilers and putting baseboard heating units. I am looking forward for suggestions or alternatives.Also, I wonder whether I can change steam boiler to hot water boiler? The systems are gas based.
