How do you install central air in home with forced hot water by oil?

I bought a Victorian home and it has a 5 year old forced air by oil heating system with baseboards. How can I add (or can I ) central air into the system? And if so how much would it cost?

I live in a split level house. The heating system is tuned up every year, yet I still use more fuel oil every year than other similar houses. The oil boiler is only 10 years old and is considered an efficient unit. The system is an oil / hot water system with baseboards around the house.
